Return and refund policy

Returns of goods purchased in Hairfree.lt e-shop shall be made in accordance with the approved rules for the return and exchange of items.

• If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods
• The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer
• The money is refunded by bank transfer to the bank account indicated within 14 days from the date of the service certificate

Conditions for returning goods

When returning goods, you must present the documents of purchase and comply with the following conditions:

•     each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
•     the goods have not been used;
•     the goods have not been damaged;
•     the original labels (protective films, tapes, etc.) have not been removed from the goods;
•     the returned goods are complete and have retained their original appearance.

The return and exchange rules are based on European Union and national legislation.
